Applied Behavior Analysis, or ABA, is an evidence-based approach that supports meaningful skill-building by observing and following the child’s natural interests and routines. We focus on helping children develop communication, social and daily living skills in a way that feels engaging and empowering. Our ABA Program provides services to children 3-8 years of age.
Our Baby Massage & Bonding classes are free for all families living in San Diego county. These classes promote healthy attachment, sleeping patterns, sensory development, body awareness, relaxation, and stimulates circulation. Baby massage also helps with decreasing colic! Parents and caregivers will learn the techniques of massage while deeply bonding with their babies. Contact us to learn more and enroll. Classes are held monthly!
We offer free Developmental Screenings for children between the ages of birth to three years! Developmental Screenings are brief assessments to identify potential delays in a child’s development across areas like communication, motor skills, and social-emotional growth. Screenings help determine if further evaluation or services are needed. We have a highly trained team who will guide you through next steps if a referral for services is recommended.
For children ages birth to three, Early Intervention Services are designed to meet the child where they are – emotionally, developmentally, and physically – by embedding learning into daily routines like playtime, mealtime, and caregiving. Through individualized support and family coaching, we help build foundational early skills by following the child’s lead in their most natural environment – their home, and with their loved ones!
Our Group Parent Education creates a supportive space where caregivers can learn strategies that fit into their daily lives. Sessions focus on empowering parents to build skills naturally through play, communication and real-life routines at home and in the community.
Our Intake Assessments are a collaborative process that explore each child’s unique development through caregiver insights, natural observations, and play-based interactions. Our licensed clinicians work closely with families to identify supports that align with their child’s needs and daily life, laying the groundwork for individualized services.
Occupational Therapy helps children thrive by supporting their ability to participate in everyday activities – like eating, dressing and playing. Our Occupational Therapists use fun, engaging activities that follow the child’s interests, building motor, sensory and self-help skills in ways that are both meaningful and functional.
Physical Therapy focuses on helping children move and explore their world with confidence by building strength, coordination and balance. Our Physical Therapists focus on play-based activities, to support movement and mobility within home and community routines.
Project ImPACT (Improving Parents As Communication Teachers) is a parent-mediated program that teaches caregivers how to support their child’s communication, social and play skills during daily routines. Project ImPACT is offered for children as young as 12-months of age to 3 years old. Grounded in play and responsive to the child’s lead, this program turns daily routines into powerful learning opportunities that strengthen connection and communication.
Our Social Groups provide a supportive, structured environment where children can engage in group activities, build peer connections, and generalize skills in a natural setting. The focus of our Social Groups encourage relationships and social engagement all while having fun!
Speech Therapy helps children find their voice – whether through sounds, words, gestures or devices! Our Speech-language Therapists work on articulation, understanding and using language, and improving nonverbal communication skills.
